New Online Credit Card Processor - Effective April 28 2026, we will need to update your credit card on file as we have switched our online credit card processing system.
Cancellation policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged full price for a cancellation fee.

ICBC WE are pleased to continue to ACCEPT ICBC direct billing services for patients. We do not charge a user fee for direct billing of ICBC claim physiotherapy if you book with one of our ICBC specialized physiotherapy practitioners listed below.
Rate Change - We have not raised our rates for some time; however, due to rising costs, a small fee adjustment will take effect on April 13, 2026.

“I did not feel confident in the assessment I received, and I found the payment and insurance process was not communicated clearly. I provided my benefits information after being advised that the clinic would submit the claim on my behalf. However, after receiving treatment, I was informed that they would not be able to submit it after all. The cost was significantly higher than other clinics I have used. Overall, the experience was disappointing. “Dalen Friesen I have been under the care of Dalen since 2015, where he provided treatment for sciatica. Dalen used IMS to successfully resolve a very painful condition. He communicates and explains matters well (and has a good disposition throughout). He works cooperatively with the patient for aggressive and conservative treatment (knows how to ramp it up as needed). We have had recurring situations, years apart, and he has been able to sustain the successful treatment of muscular sciatica. In 2026, I had rotator cuff surgery, and we worked together very successfully to obtain full range of motion. He is well-versed in anatomy and provides options for treatment. “After my first visit I felt a bit of relief after about two hours. After my second visit I felt a lot more relief after about an hour. I have an appointment in a couple of days from now that I am looking very forward to for more relief. Dalen has helped greatly in the past for my wife with her pain and he defiantly is helping me with mine. My movement and mobility are definitely getting better and Dalen is helping me with my pain.
