Cynthia completed her Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. She also completed a post-professional Master of Rehabilitation Science with a focus in orthopaedic musculoskeletal physical therapy. Cynthia has received training in various courses such as manual and manipulative therapy, Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), Anatomical Acupuncture, Sports First Responder, and STOTT Pilates Instructor training.
Cynthia's treatment philosophy includes a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and dry needling to promote recovery and improve function. She believes in using an evidence-based and multimodal approach that is specifically tailored to guide each individual toward achieving their goals.
In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, and keeping up with her two energetic dogs.
