Jamie is a knowledgeable and empathetic therapist I quite liked him. However this was my initial appointment, I explained to reception at the time of booking that I had an appointment at 2:30 and asked how long the my appointment would be. They said the appointment was about 45 minutes and it was to start at 1:40. Great, plenty of time, Except he was 20 minutes behind. I had to bother the reception staff to see if he was still going to move forward with my appointment seeing as I would still have to end the appointment at 2:30. Immediately reception staff acted as if I was unreasonable for approaching, saying that the appointment had been fit in at the end of his day, as if I’d had should have known it would be late. I suspect this is routine. I was billed for the entire appointment time, also I was being treated along side another patient and which I was not informed of ahead of time that this would be a overlapping appointment therefore I had no ability to consent to it, my insurance provider does not allow direct billing for anything other than one on one treatments, something a clinic who direct bills should be aware of. More of my feedback seems to be around Clinic operation and less so the individual therapist.

Very open & honest. Explanations thorough discussing diagnosis and outcome to reach a positive result. Easy to talk with. (❤️ the Welsh accent) Great instructions for exercises to move towards the final goal. A knowledgeable PT!

Since the beginning of July, I've been seeing Jamie MacGregor twice a week for hand therapy due to a severed tendon. Jamie fabricated a nice brace for my hand has helped me regain a fair amount of mobility in my fingers and wrist, I have a long way to go still. Jamie very good at explaining what needs to be done and how to do my daily exercises. He's very professional and knowledgeable but also sociable and likes to share his personal experiences in family and life, which takes away from the mundane part of my recovery process. I enjoy and look forward to going Progression. Thank you Jamie

Garrett is excellent. He knew right away what was going on with me, we set up a plan of action and he was very clear and concise with the directions that I understood and am able to do. Thank you Garrett for your time and patience!!

I got in very close to my actual physio appointment time. Garett J was the physio i went to see. He was professional but also friendly. Went over all my history. And he diagnosed my problem very quickly but did not feel rushed. A different physio missed the issue. He then demonstrate to me how he diagnosed it making sure i understood the issue. He then went over my options. I was very impressed with him telling me there was nothing he could do and that i needed surgery or a brace. In my experience paramedical people usually want you to come back for follow up visits. He was just straight with me and gave solid advise in moving forward to get healed.

Beyond wise and has an incredible and rare ability to diagnose! Carey provides simple solutions/exercises and plans that work when patients follow to protocol. My husband and I are so thankful for Carey! He helped us through some serious injuries and now are back at it enjoying life.

so great to find a facility with multiple disciplines under one roof which professionals can collaborate to give a person the appropriate treatment for the issues. Garrett actually used / incorporated my MRI report data to assist in the assestment on my first visit. this was a refreshing change compared to other companies I have gone to. I look forward to working with Progression to rehab multiple different injuries I have had.

The staff is friendly and treatment rooms neat and clean. However each room being open above the walls makes for lots of voices being heard and noise in general. Katherine is very professional, direct and concise in getting her message across and to the point. A pleasure to work with her.

I have been a client of Carey's for many years. I really appreciate his experience, knowledge and genuine care for my outcome. He always takes the time to explain the issue and lay out a clear, realistic plan to recovery. For anyone looking for a GREAT physio, I strongly recommend using Carey for your path back to health.

Pam T is outstanding—she is warm, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. I found her thorough, mindful approach made me feel comfortable and well cared for. She is clearly a very skilled hand therapist, and I highly recommend her.
