I am a registered counsellor at YEG Family Counselling with over a decade of experience in addiction counselling. I work with individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life, with a special interest in supporting queer and neurospicy (neurodivergent) folks as they discover authenticity, strengthen relationships, and create lives that feel true to who they are, even when facing challenges. Whether we meet virtually or in person, I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and respected, knowing the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change. My style is flexible and adapts to what you need. Sometimes we’ll work collaboratively, and other times I’ll offer more direct guidance and practical support. I believe vulnerability is a powerful tool for connection, and together we’ll explore ways it can support your relationship with yourself and the people who matter most.
