Even if you are hoping to work with a specific therapist , please respect this process so that we can help keep our therapists’ schedules balanced and leave enough room for ongoing clients.

“I've have had an incredible experience here. I spoke with Amy about who would be a good fit for me, and she was so helpful, welcoming, and professional. On Amy's recommendation, I work with Paige as my psychologist. The environment at YEG is so warm, comfortable, and intentional. “The moment you walk into the space you feel right at home. There is a cozy space to wait and get in the right space of mind. From there you are greeted by incredible and knowledgeable staff who are able to help work through so many topics. Natasha has been instrumental in helping my daughter with her anxiety. The kids space is one where she feels welcome to share and play. We are so grateful for how far we have come along since starting there. We also see Juanita for ot and have been impressed with her process and recommendations for our son. This team is one that works collaboratively with the whole family as well as our school. “YEG Family Counselling has provided me with an almost unprecedented amount of bagged spilled open. Despite being asked to remove my previous review, I can't not share my experience. The initial sessions I had were along with my mother to work on a lot of our trauma. But after double billing and refusal to take accountability or rectify their mistake, my mother had to step in and pay on my behalf. So not only am I now in debt to my mother that I have deep issues with, YEG Family Counselling has manifested as a common enemy to the both of us. Having her step up and resolve the situation for me in this heroic fashion only further contributes to my deepening and debilitating Oedipus complex, the dissolving of which was the original intention of our visit to YEG Family Counselling. “I was asked to take my review down several months ago but my experience with this counseling service closed the door to reconciling with my two daughters. The experience was unprofessional, expensive and caused permanent harm. I can't just let that go. My concerns were not addressed instead, the owner called me and talked about her little children, not my situation at all. It was selfish and strange.”Read moreShow less
