About Claudia

Claudia is a Registered Physiotherapist who enjoys educating, motivating and empowering her clients to achieve their goals. Claudia began her career in South America, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Physiotherapy. Since becoming a licensed physiotherapist in Canada, she has continued her training through a variety of post graduate courses, including Soft Tissue Release, Mulligan, McKenzie, APTEI Acupuncture and Dry Needling, Stott Pilates Rehab Matwork. Her most recent accomplishment has been the completion of the Doctorate of Physical Therapy with Evidence in Motion, and her Level 1 certification from the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Claudia enjoys working in the area of Orthopaedics, but is also passionate about pelvic physiotherapy and persistent pain management. She has completed her level 1-3 courses through Pelvic Health Solutions and is rostered with the College of Physiotherapists to perform the controlled act of internal assessment and treatment for pelvic floor disorder. She plans to continue her training in pelvic health physiotherapy and manual therapy, in order to provide high-quality, evidence-informed, and patient-centered care. Claudia’s experience as both a Physiotherapist and recreational runner has fuelled her passion for rehabilitation and injury prevention for all. She loves to stay active, and so works hard to ensure her patients can continue to do the same. Claudia offers physiotherapy services in both English and Spanish. Memberships and Associations: Claudia is a registered member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario, Canadian Physiotherapy Association. International Pelvic Pain Society (IPPS), and the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
