When it comes to Osteopathy, Clara has a very therapeutic and holistic approach to every treatment. Each visit is dedicated to creating more vitality, healing and guidance for the body using different Osteopathic techniques, including: biodynamics, muscle energy, osteo-articular manipulation, visceral manipulation, cranial/sacral therapy, and much more. Clara has a compassionate, sensitive touch and listens to her clients by guiding them to return to their daily functional activities, pain-free.
Clara graduated with Honours in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph in 2008 and built on her clinical experience while working at rehab clinics in the GTA. From there, it took her three years to finally find her true love for Osteopathy. She hasn’t looked back and graduated from the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto, 6 years later.
