Claire has been part of Fix Healthcare since its opening in 2011, bringing a passion for integrating Eastern and Western approaches to healthcare.
Her years of experience paired with a keen interest in lifelong health, fitness, nutrition and wellness creates a space for clients to learn, relax, rebalance and ease both tension and pain. Each treatment is aimed to be therapeutic as well as rejuvenating combining a mix of massage, cupping, acupuncture and nutritional therapy.
By combining TCM techniques with a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition, Claire offers a well-rounded, holistic approach to wellness. She also provides gentle, age-appropriate acupuncture and cupping treatments for children, ensuring a calm, comfortable, and supportive experience.
In addition to her work at Fix Healthcare, Claire operates her own business as a Practicing Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. She is dedicated to educating and inspiring her clients to push their limits, build strength, and work on balancing their lifestyle factors to improve their health, happiness and wellbeing.
