Celeste is a Registered Massage Therapist with six years of experience, returning to her practice after taking a hiatus to raise her three children. She brings over 16 years of experience studying, practicing, and teaching Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and Qi Gong, giving her a deep appreciation for the connection between the body, mind, and overall well-being. Celeste is passionate about natural wellness and empowering others through education and mindful, holistic care. She believes wellness is about more than simply managing symptoms—it’s about creating balance, vitality, and a greater connection with yourself. Outside of her work, she loves travelling, exploring nature, practicing Qi Gong, and spending time with her family.
