“Updating my previous review to add my recent visit with Sital for Combo/Ombre/Powder Brows. I had been wanting to get them done for a while, but kept procrastinating. I took it as a sign from the universe when Ellevate added Sital to the team, and am I ever glad I finally did it! Sital is a total perfectionist to create a natural look, and I LOVE my brows. She is also such a lovely person. If you are looking for an amazing massage experience you must try Ellevate! Deb has years of experience and a passion for massage and its therapeutic benefits. “I recently had a RMT massage with Rosalie. Her massage was MAGIC. Rosalie is very knowledgeable. I appreciate her taking out the time to do a thorough assessment, observing me through my movements to see where the pain lies to massage accordingly. She knew exactly what was causing the pain in certain areas and helpful tips on how to prevent future pain or how to alleviate it via stretches. You can tell she is very passionate about her job and it shows through her work. She deserves 5 stars! The receptionist was very helpful. I appreciate her kind and friendly attitude and all the information she was able to share. The lost star was really for the space. For a spa, it lacked some of that spa vibes. I found it a bit dirty in the entrance way granted it is winter time so salt/mud carries on peoples boots. The walls were pretty dirty and the baseboards were really dusty (I don’t usually analyze this stuff but that was my view when you’re laying face front on the massage chair 🤣). I also found the room quite cold but Rosalie did her best try and warm me up via warm blankets. The walls were also quite thin and I can hear the conversations outside. This was just my personal experience. My husband had a massage later that day and didn’t find the noise to be a problem. Overall both my husband and I will be coming back! “Cherry was an excellent therapist. I am used to seeing Deborah and she is amazing so I was a little concerned trying a new person but that vanished in the first 10 mins. Clearly Cherry and Deborah spoke and Deborah shared the important info related to my preference for deep tissue and I was not disappointed. “I get massages very frequently due to the type of job I have but I have never really had such a professional and relaxing massage section. I 100% recommend this place especially Cherry my massage was great I felt a great atmosphere of relaxation and peace, the girl at the reception was very friendly and smiling.
