“Provider was great, booking was great. But they tried to bill my insurance in the morning, hours before my appointment or any service was completed. How do they know if I need to cancel last minute? Or add/remove services? Then trusting that they remember to "void" the transaction? Not OK, and likely won't be back because of that.”
