“The only place for me for physiotherapy and massage. Everyone there is super friendly and professional including the front desk staff. The front desk staff are always courteous and helpful. They are all excellent at their jobs, they always get back to me in a timely manner and tgey answer any questions I have in a respectful manner. Olivia, for example, is always efficient and pleasant, and so are all the front desk staff.
In addition, Bianka is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Everytome I get a massage, I feel a 100 times better. I am very thankful to you, Bianka
In addition, Ema, my physiotherapist , has consistently provided exceptional therapy. I am continuously impressed with how efficient Ema is in addressing emergent needs.
Overall, I have experienced a big improvement in muscle and joint pain relief and flexibility as a result of the massages and physiotherapy I received and to that I am very grateful!
Do I recommend Pivotal? You bet I do:)
Everyone, and I mean everyone, I interacted with is just awesome!”Read moreShow less

“My recommendation is to write down your pain and symptoms so everything is included in the report chart and reflective of your challenges and needs for each appointment on their chart. If they dont recall its not going to be added which if youre under health insurance can severely hurt you financially in the end. Come up with an agreed process - theyre not experienced with insurers and know the extrême challenges of being approved and what insurers look for and how to measure reports or observations of functionality and mobility.
My report also didn't disctinguish between will (what i want to do) and functional ability (what I actually could do). It seemed to praise will and left out ongoing issues and challenges key to insurer claim creating timeline and functional holes and misrepresentation. If i remembered something they didnt it was put on report "details not added as physio therapist doesnt recall discussion."
Theyre not spine or nerve spécialists, Soft tissue or spécial modalities or frameworks. If you need this they're more better suited for generic not acute problems.
My inital assessment left out several pointers, body parts other physio pickedup in a new city which was eye opening.
What was kind was the finance officer approved report chart sent for free. Front desk is very organized and all staff when it comes to Scheduling. Friendly environment just not nerve, insurers, acute or spine spécialists.
If the therapist was interested in another clients patient she would have discussions with them in a group. Not even for me to join but removing herself from my treatment tasks.
I'm addition the file was incomplete and inaccurate from the physio therapist so I could not use their records for insurers showing an unfair gap in my records when I was seeking treatment unequivalent to where I am now. Upfront the therapist from there included at the beginning she couldn't diagnose so how could a proper treatment plan be formed. Get the right diagnosis and help you need always.”Read moreShow less
