She uses classic Swedish techniques coupled with individualised treatment plans to focus on areas of discomfort to alleviate muscle tension and pain. With training in relaxation, deep tissue and therapeutic massage, Carolyn uses a variety of moderate and deep pressure techniques to help her clients achieve their wellness goals.
