Please note that once your appointment has been made, a minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. Please keep in mind that “no-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our massage therapists with empty schedules. As well, we may have had to turn away other clients that could have benefited from that appointment. Because of this, we charge the full appointment fee for last minute cancellations and “no shows”. “They booked me unknowingly and then charged me cancelation fee of the full total massage amount. Horrible service. Did not send any confirmation email upon booking. Proceeded to advise me of a booking I didn’t make and that I’d be charged a cancellation fee if I didn’t make it. “The team in general is awesome. The facility is clean and bright. Super professional. I have been dealing with an Achilles issue for a few years McKenzie was consultative gave great advice as it pertained to exercises to strengthen certain ligaments and muscles. “DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME booking here because all they like to do is make excuses. I have had 2 messages here - the massages were decent. However I had booked with them twice after that and there seems to be an "emergency" or someone falling sick every time and we have to reschedule. I am only posting this now because the samething happened with someone else I know and they cancelled on her THREE times. How is it that they have audacity to charge their clients $75.00 or any amount if they don't cancel 24 hrs ahead of time but they can cancel on the client MULTIPLE TIMES. We have to take time off work too. We manage our days around our appointments. We need to make arrangements for babysitters and pay them just so we can have one hour to ourselves but this clinic is not reliable. “I just received one of the best massages here from Ahrani; she was fantastic and gentle. She identified which areas to focus on after having a conversation with me before the massage.
