Cailea is a Registered Psychologist who has dedicated herself to her craft and to providing compassionate support. She holds a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and uses an integrative approach, incorporating evidence-based techniques such as Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Graded Exposure Training, Level 2 Gottman Method Training for couples therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Training for trauma processing. She has a wealth of experience working with various clients from Eastside Community Mental Health Services and Calgary Communities Against Sexual Abuse. Her areas of specialty include teen and adult wellbeing, ADHD, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, boundary setting, grief, self-esteem issues, & relationship concerns. Cailea also offers pre-marital check-ins. Cailea works hard to create a judgement-free environment where her clients feel safe expressing their experiences - no matter how challenging or how lighthearted they may be. She provides thoughtful guidance with a focus on building trust and connection between her clients and herself to help them overcome and conquer life’s hurdles.
