“I feel incredibly fortunate to have had Laurissa as my therapist for the last several months. I believe there have been several tangible positive changes in my life that are a direct result of our work together. Laurissa's compassionate and warm approach immediately created a comfortable and safe place that made it easy to open up, even when exploring difficult topics. After each session, I come away empowered with actionable insights and strategies that continue to serve me. I truly cannot recommend Laurissa enough to anyone seeking a therapist who is genuinely empathetic, supportive, and committed to their well-being.”Read moreShow less

“Cailea Slifka is amazing!!! My first therapist and my first encounter with therapy. She makes me feel comfortable and I can express my concerns in a judgement free zone. She’s very sweet and it’s super normal talking to her! I struggle with very bad anxiety and I feel like she has helped me take control of my life and my emotions. If you’re looking for a therapist that doesn’t self diagnose you but rather helps you come to your own conclusions on how you can better understand yourself, go to Cailea! You will feel refreshed after every visit. She’s made me enjoy coming to therapy and it feels relaxing.”Read moreShow less

“Be very careful of the phycologist, especially couple therapy. the lady Mary-Lou look and sound nice, but she spent the entire 90 minutes talking about are the negative side of the relationship, and she even said by the end is: "sorry for breaking you apart". Mary-Lou mentioned that many people did not come back after the her therapy, because all she does is focusing on the negativity. STRONGLY RECOMAND DO NOT going to this place! if you want to keep your relationship.”Read moreShow less

“My psychologist Julia D. Was amazing during the darkest times in my life. She helped me through anxiety, depression, and though two near fatal incidents. She’s always calm and understanding, even if you aren’t. Her experience with working in hospital and private patients is invaluable. Flourish is an organization that values its patients , as well as the psychologists which it nurtures as they work there. As the business name says “flourish” develops talent, then Allows it to go on its own. As a supporter of the psychology sector , and a big believer in students from Athabasca University (which I attended as well), they support the local economy, and many, many people. I can’t say enough good about them and recommend them with all my being.”Read moreShow less
