Registered Massage Therapist
Byron Nguyen is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong interest in injury prevention,
rehabilitation, and performance-based care. Having practiced in multidisciplinary settings, Byron
works closely with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-
informed, goal-oriented treatment tailored to each client’s needs.
Their assessment-based, therapeutic approach incorporates techniques such as general
swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and pin-and-stretch methods when
appropriate. Sessions are focused yet adaptable, supporting injury recovery, improving mobility,
managing chronic pain, or reducing everyday tension from work and training.
Byron enjoys working with active individuals and clients experiencing postural or repetitive-use
strain, and emphasizes client education, clear communication, and collaborative care
throughout the treatment process.
A graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, Byron is also an active clinical
instructor and teaching assistant at the college, and continues to pursue ongoing education to
stay current with best practices in massage therapy. Outside the clinic and classroom, Byron
enjoys hiking, weight training, and is a novice runner.
