About Bronwyn

Are you a child, teen, or young adult feeling overwhelmed by the pressures of keeping up with school, athletics, and friendships? Do you find yourself overthinking, struggling with strong emotions, or feeling unsure? Balancing your academics, extra-curriculars, relationships, and personal expectations can sometimes leave you feeling stuck, misunderstood, or unsure of how to move forward. I offer a supportive space where we can slow things down, reflect, and begin to better understand what you're experiencing. I work with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, and life transitions. I also enjoy supporting young atheltes who may be experiencing pressure related to performance, competition, or balancing sports with other areas of life. My approach is humanistic and client-centered, meaning I believe people grow when they feel genuinely heard and understood. My goal is to support clients in developing greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and confidence as they navigate everyday challenges. In therapy, I offer a supportive and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what you're experiencing. Together, we will explore the thoughts, emotions, and pressures you're facing while working towards practical ways of coping and building confidence. If you're looking for a space to feel supported and better understand what you're going through, I invite you to reach out and schedule a session.
