I will meet you where you are and walk alongside you on your journey, moving at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive of your therapeutic goals. I am committed to providing a space where you feel valued, respected, and supported for who you are. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, culturally aware, and integrative, guided by curiosity and respect for each person’s unique journey. You can expect a compassionate, non-judgemental, affirming environment to explore what’s coming up for you. Your lived experience will be welcomed and held with care. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including ACT, CBT, DBT, SFBT, and the Gottman Method for couples. I also incorporate attachment-based, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based approaches to tailor therapy to your unique needs and experiences. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and it’s normal to feel unsure about taking that first step. You don’t have to have everything figured out, and you don’t have to carry it all on your own.
