About Brandon
I believe that therapy should be sometimes fun, sometimes uncomfortable, and always rewarding. I adapt my therapy approach to your specific needs, with a focus on making sure that you feel the payoff for your hard work. Maybe you feel like you’re not in control of your emotions, or you’re unable to explore more meaningful parts of your life because of fear or past experiences. We can work towards acceptance and building a sense of control. I can help to make sense of your experiences and better understand yourself, all while working on feeling better in the process.
I am a Registered Psychologist specializing in treating trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, ADHD, and emotion regulation challenges. I also support individuals with various other concerns including stress and anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, assertive communication, and boundary setting. My goal is to help you to feel less trapped and more confident in handling life’s challenges. Above all else, I offer a safe space for you to be understood and welcomed.
