About Austin

My name is Austin Dennis and I am a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Exercise Practitioner. I have been involved in organized sports for most of my life and have developed a passion for sports and fitness. Throughout my sports career I have had many injuries of my own that have presented significant challenged for me. Overcoming those challenges is part of my story and why I chose this career path. My studies began in 2015 and I graduated from St. Clair College with a Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma, where I achieved a CEP Certification. After St. Clair College, I then enrolled into the massage & Hydrotherapy program at the Canadian College of Health Science &Technology in2017, where I achieved the RMT Licensing. My primary area of focus at Performance Wellness Centre will be in the Massage Therapy. I specialize in rehabilitation, injury prevention and therapeutic recovery. Some of the common techniques I provide with my specialty are: Deep Tissue massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Joint Play Manipulation.
