“Cleanest gym in the city with excellent machines and the gym over all is incredibly well maintained, husband/wife team owners, super great people, very knowledgeable, Frank (Husband/owner) retired high level competitor and has coached champion athletes, is a wealth of knowledge in the training world. He’s always willing to donate training knowledge to any member. Having access to this level of coaching is worth the membership alone. Atmosphere is professional and upbeat, supporting staff is always friendly, and charismatic. General experience from all the members are they are all mostly working professionals, retire athletes, college level athletes very serious about their careers. “It doesn’t sound like a very supportive, inclusive, place to work out. The Head Coach and CEO, Frank Nacci criticized another gym for allowing trans people to use their facilities. When I confronted him online about it, he left me the following messages: "Wow, you one fugly lady." "Just looked at your profile your a complete freak."
