Aundrea Caputo Larocque is a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Laurentian University and a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University. Aundrea brings nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals and families through change, loss and grief.
Aundrea’s approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive, with a deep respect for each person’s story, identity, and lived experience. Grounded in holistic wellness, she integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural (DBT), Prolonged Grief Therapy, and attachment-focused interventions, alongside mindfulness and body-centred practices to support nervous system regulation and emotional well-being.
Known for her calm, compassionate presence, Aundrea creates a safe and collaborative space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. She believes healing happens in relationships with others and that each individual carries their own inherent ability to change and grow. Whether navigating anxiety and depression or significant life transitions, Aundrea walks alongside clients with warmth and curiosity, helping them cultivate meaning, balance, and growth.
