“I had a very positive experience with my therapist, Michael, who was professional, compassionate, and genuinely helpful. I want to be very clear that this review is not a reflection of the quality of care he provided — he was excellent. Unfortunately, my experience with the clinic’s administrative policies overshadowed the clinical care. I was charged a late cancellation fee after missing the 48-hour deadline by 20 minutes for a first-time occurrence, despite being a consistent client who had spent nearly $1,600 at the practice over a few months. While I understand the need for policies, the complete lack of discretion or flexibility — even in a clearly reasonable, one-time situation — felt unfair and rigid. For a practice centered on mental health and client wellbeing, this was deeply disappointing. As a result, I chose not to continue care with this clinic on principle alone. I would gladly work with Michael again should he practice elsewhere, but I cannot recommend this organization due to its inflexible policies.”Read moreShow less

During the 8 weeks series, I met a wonderful group of women who had all life struggles of various kinds.
