Her approach blends therapeutic massage, cupping, Reiki energy healing, and trauma-informed techniques to support balance on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. A graduate with Honours from MaKami College’s 3000-hour Massage Therapy Program, Ashley is also a Reiki Master Teacher and Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor. She integrates these modalities intuitively, creating a safe and nurturing environment for clients to release tension, restore vitality, and deepen self-awareness. With a background in Child and Youth Care, Ashley brings empathy, patience, and presence to every session.
