“Well I was going to write this after my hot scalp massage last night but I was so relaxed that I went right to bed instead. Ashley is amazing at helping my body and nervous system calm right down. She gets all the right spots, and is very Intune to what my needs are. As someone with fibromyalgia I have had my fair share of massages. Her pressure is always just right. “Ashley has been my massage therapist for a few years now, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. From my very first appointment, she truly took the time to listen to what my body needed and actually treated me based on those needs, not just a “one size fits all” massage. That alone set her apart immediately. Ashley has an incredible range when it comes to pressure, and her deep tissue and lymphatic drainage work is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. My body and muscles tend to get extremely tight, and every single time I leave her table I feel lighter, looser, and completely renewed. The results speak for themselves; my body always feels noticeably better after seeing her. She also offers Reiki and energy work, which adds such a powerful, calming layer to her treatments. On top of that, her cupping is absolutely phenomenal, truly the best cupping I have ever received. Ashley goes above and beyond for her clients in every way. She consistently uses techniques that I used to have to specifically ask for with other therapists, yet with her, she just naturally includes them because she can read your body.
