With 12 years of experience as a dance teacher and a lifelong background as a competitive athlete, April brings a strong understanding of movement, body mechanics, recovery, and injury prevention to her practice. She is passionate about helping clients work through pain, injury, and discomfort so they can return to their regular movement, activities, and goals with greater confidence. April is especially interested in building a rehabilitation-focused practice that supports both recovery and long-term function. She plans to continue expanding her education through future certifications in personal training and taping, allowing her to provide clients with practical tools, education, and strategies to support sustainable results beyond the treatment room. April looks forward to working with clients and supporting them in feeling stronger, more mobile, and more connected to their bodies.
