Ansu has had over 19 years of experience as a physiotherapist and over 6 years as a pelvic floor physiotherapist. After experiencing low back pain after her first pregnancy and seeking effective treatment, Ansu was able to fully recover through pelvic floor physiotherapy. She then found her passion working with both men and women with pelvic floor dysfunction, ranging anywhere from urinary incontinence, to pelvic pain, prolapse and menopause. Ansu's main goal is to improve your quality of life and help you take charge of your pelvic floor and overall health. In her spare time, Ansu enjoys kickboxing, baking and keeping up with her two children!
