Anna Totzke is a Registered Acupuncturist offering Acupuncture, Acupressure, Cupping, Moxibustion, Acupuncture in Pregnancy. Anna loves helping clients with sleep problems, fatigue, anxiety, stress and depression, conditions during pregnancy, digestive issues, reproductive & fertility issues, pain in the body – arthritis, herniated disc, gout, cardiovascular conditions as well as headaches and migraines. She also offers Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture which is a holistic approach to help the face look and feel younger, healthier and more radiant. Anna is trained in both Clinical and Classical Acupuncture. She formally studied under Katherine Lambraki, PhD, Registered Acupuncturist, and Qi Gong Master in Kitchener, Ontario. In 2015, Anna completed the Pregnancy & Acupuncture Certificate Training with world renowned Author and Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Dr. Debra Betts. Anna is a registered member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. Anna also completed her degree in Fine Art (Studio Art) and Art History at University of Guelph, earning an Honours Bachelor of Arts. “I’d like to share my sincere appreciation for the wonderful doctors and therapists at this clinic. From the very first visit, I was impressed by their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for patients. I was referred here while searching for a naturopath and booked an appointment with Dr. Melanie Reidl. The treatment she prescribed resolved my health concerns, and both my mother and I later consulted with her on two more occasions—with equally positive results. Even though Dr. Reidl has a long waiting list, she kindly made time for me when my situation was urgent, arranging an earlier online appointment. That meant a lot to me. Because I’m disabled, I rely on weekly massage therapy to manage muscle spasticity and chronic back pain. After my great experience with Dr. Reidl, I decided to see Anna Totzke, a certified acupuncturist. I had tried acupuncture before without much success, but Anna’s approach was different—and very effective. At my request, she combined acupuncture with massage, which worked perfectly for me. I also visited Maggie Seegmiller for massage therapy. Maggie has an incredible intuition for what your body needs. She always checked in about pressure and focus areas, but I often felt she already knew better than I did. Her treatments consistently brought relief, and I was grateful for her skill and care.
