About Anna

I am originally from Estonia, a small Northern European country known for its innovation and rich history. Its capital, Tallinn, is home to a beautiful medieval Old Town, and Estonia is also one of the most digitally advanced societies in the world, where many everyday services—such as taxes, healthcare, and even voting—can be done entirely online. Growing up there shaped my appreciation for adaptability and meaningful communication. Today, I feel grateful to call Canada home, and I truly value the warmth and kindness I have experienced here. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and am currently completing supervised hours toward registration as a Registered Clinical Councellor in BC. After moving to Canada, I spent several years working with youth on the autism spectrum. This experience has been deeply meaningful and has strengthened my ability to approach each person with patience, understanding, and respect for their unique way of experiencing the world. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard. I approach my work with empathy, curiosity, and compassion, and I am passionate about supporting people as they navigate challenges, build self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change in their lives. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy cooking and baking, spending time with friends, and exploring nature through walks and hikes. I also love quiet moments curled up on the couch with a good book and a cup of tea.
