About Angel

Angel has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2020. Her interest in massage began naturally at home as a kid, massaging her mom’s temples when she had a headache or her dad and grandma’s after a hard day’s work. What started as something intuitive eventually grew into a career she genuinely loves. Her approach is individualized, collaborative, and centered around listening to each client. She takes the time to understand what brings a client in, their history of injuries or surgeries, and how their body is responding that day. She strives to find a balance between therapeutic, nurturing, and relaxing work. Throughout treatment, Angel often encourages slow, deep diaphragmatic breathing, allowing the body time to settle before moving into more focused therapeutic work. She enjoys exploring how different areas of the body can be connected, especially when the source of discomfort isn't always where the client feels it. For her, that’s part of the beauty of massage therapy, exploring how the body works together as a whole.
