About Alysha

Alysha graduated from the Lethbridge Massage Therapy program (2200 hours) in 2019. Alysha was a competitive gymnast growing up, so she understands the importance of taking care of your body and has a good understanding of injury prevention. Alysha specializes in relaxation, Therapeutic, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy. Since graduating Alysha has taken training in myofascial cupping and gua sha. Gua sha is a natural, alternative therapy that involves scrapping your skin with a massage tool to improve your circulation. Alysha is also trained in pre and postnatal massage. Alysha plans on taking additional courses in infant massage and many other courses as they arise. When Alysha isn’t in the clinic she is either spending time with family, walking her dogs or going on camping trips.
