About Alison

Alison (she/her) is an experienced physiotherapist with a compassionate and client-centered approach, bringing a strong foundation in pelvic health, pre/postnatal care, movement-based rehabilitation, and evidence-informed care. She has experience in both public practice at hospitals and private settings.
Her passion for pelvic health began during a placement at the Royal Free Hospital (UK) and became the focus of her Master’s dissertation on postnatal physiotherapy care.
In addition and connection to pelvic health, Alison is Clinical Pilates certified as well as IMS dry needling certified. She also has strong expertise in musculoskeletal (MSK) care and running related physiotherapy. Her mindset is delivering evidence-based physiotherapy solutions tailored to client goals and delivering high-quality care.
