“I had previously gone to another pelvic floor physio, and after that one experience, had pretty much decided it was not for me. The person was very uncomfortable working on men. I finally decided to try again, and this time found Julia Rudecki at Inner Circle. Julia was very easy to explain the situation to, was very professional and through out the treatments was very clear about what was happening and why. I literally saw a tremendous improvement after the first visit. I would highly recommend Julia, and already have to friends. I am glad I didn't give up after the first bad experience somewhere else.”Read moreShow less

“Julia Rudecki is a spectacular practitioner who deeply cares about her patients, and is committed to excellence. I came with pelvic floor issues relating to IBSC. I often found it difficult to find pelvic floor help as many clinics focus on child-bearing, this was not what I wanted so I hoped Julia and Inner Circle would be different. And it was - her approach was very intent on listening to my symptoms, then tailoring a protocol. I have never felt in better hands with a health practitioner. To date - I have a strong functioning pelvic floor with the help of her exercises and high quality bio-feedback therapy.”Read moreShow less

“I was referred to Inner Circle Physio by my gynaecologist, to address ongoing issues I’d been experiencing for several years, resulting from a prolapsed uterus. I was fortunate to be booked with Michiko Caringal. She was very kind, considerate and knowledgeable about my condition. She clearly explained what had happened and the steps and exercises I needed to do to address it. I noticed a difference within the first week and in the following few weeks, she provided a series of different, gentle exercises going forward. I am very grateful to her.”Read moreShow less

“Michiko is so knowledgeable about trans care and trans bodies. She is really respectful and professional while also accessible and personable. She knows her stuff and is also collaborative, understanding we know our own bodies. I highly recommend her to trans people specifically as that is my experience but I know she is very experienced with cis clients too and is a lovely person.”Read moreShow less
