Alexandra is a graduate from the class of 2014 at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon BC. Over the period of her career Alexandra has worked with a wide range of clientele with various needs from Athletics, Pregnancy, Pain Management and Special Needs. Her goal in this profession is to aid in the recovery from injury, encourage a natural recovery of the human body and to educate the client as to why injuries have occurred.
In a treatment scenario Alexandra has developed a dynamic and flexible approach to every client that walks in and adjusts her approach as treatment progresses. Modalities that she utilizes in treatment vary from Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization, Deep Tissue Work and Trigger Point Release. Treatments are always followed with homecare consisting of either stretching or strengthening to reflect the treatment constructively and get clients back to their day to day activities.
Her background is very diverse having spent over 13 years involved in sports like Swimming, Volleyball, Skiing, and Mountain Biking, all of which aids in her knowledge and expertise of the body, it's muscles and reactions to injury. Alexandra works with a flexible schedule.
