“Completely unprofessional. I booked a massage over a month in advance, took time off work, and drove to the appointment. While I was parking—15 minutes before my appointment—I got a call saying the therapist had to step away for a personal emergency, which I understood at the time. I was told they would reschedule, but there was no apology. Three weeks later, there has been no follow-up and no rescheduled appointment. My time was completely wasted. “I've spent the past 20 years visiting a variety of health care providers (MDs, chiropractors, massage therapists and physiotherapists) in an attempt to address a persistent shoulder issue. Every single professional was confident in their course of treatment and at the end of every treatment the outcome was the same - nagging shoulder pain. Shane has been the first professional to address the issue and provide the relief I've been seeking for several decades. The process of finding someone good is time consuming, expensive and frustrating. He's been the best health care provider I've experienced by a wide margin and I have already recommended him to many friends and family.
