My approach is person-centred to ensure a unique and personalized experience for each individual. I pull from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. Navigating through life can be hard and each experience is unique. My goal as your therapist is to provide a personalized way to help you discover yourself and find tools and techniques to help you move more confidently through life. I believe that each person holds the key to their own healing, and my aim is to help you attain this.
