About Alexa

Alexa has been a part of the reception team at Salt Water Wellness Centre since February of 2025 and is about to begin her journey in Health and Physical Education at Mount Royal University this fall. She recently received her Level 1 and Level 2 certification in Reiki and is looking to pursue her masters. She is very passionate about the fitness industry and has been working as a personal trainer for nearly a year now. Reiki is a Japanese technique originated from Master Mikao Usui. Reiki is a non-invasive treatment used to treat the whole person including the body, emotions, mind and spirit. Alexa uses very minimal touch to help ground clients and bring them into a state of relaxation and healing. Reiki compliments traditional medicine and treatments very well and aids with most maladies. As someone who has been receiving Reiki treatments for most of her life, she is excited to be able to share the many benefits of Reiki with her clients. Outside of work you may find Alexa playing soccer, in the gym or out spending time with family and friends.
