“As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by the lovely receptionist, Zuzana, who instantly brightens your day. She kindly gave me a tour of the wellness centre and explained the available packages, the sauna, and everything the space has to offer. I booked a 60-minute massage with Susan Pompu, and it was hands down the most thorough massage I have ever had. Susan is very attentive and truly skilled at what she does. You can tell by the way she communicates throughout the session how much she cares about her clients. I arrived feeling stressed and carrying a lot of tension, but I walked out feeling lighter and more relaxed. On my intake form, I mentioned that I occasionally have knee pain, and she took the time to massage around my knee as well. I never realized how much I needed that, it was the first time anyone had done that during a massage. Thank you so much to both of you. “For my first time at Salt Water Wellness, walked in and was welcomed by the receptionist and Irma, the massage therapist I booked in with. Irma was knowledgeable and worked on my areas of concern from start to finish. I could of used another hour with Irma!”

“We were in Cochrane for my birthday weekend and one of my gifts was a massage at Salt Water Wellness. Lucie was my RMT. I decided to go for it and asked for a deep tissue massage. She did a great job. Was easy to talk to, and she asked a lot of questions before the massage to gauge what would be best for me. The room was nice and relaxing. Good light level and music. “Seems like a lovely person, but really was not a massage for me, I left feeling like I didn’t get any work to my problem areas. Or my tissue warmed up before going super deep and just disappointed overall. As an RMT myself I really do try to go into new RMT with an open mind but I felt like a lot of the basics were missed and a lot of the same technique was used for a therapeutic massage. “I got a same day appointment and the receptionist (Melanie?) had great client service skills. Once I got there I was SUPER excited to meet Tori! Tori helped me at her previous place of employment and I had not been successful in finding someone who matched her skill set. She has a calm and professional voice tone and body language that instantly relaxes you and excites you about the amazing self-care experience you're about to have.
