About Aletha

Aletha graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2018. Aletha has since worked with a variety of clients including high level athletes, pregnancy, and chronic pain disorders. Her treatment style is often described as intuitive and effective. She incorporates techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point release, and deep tissue to name a few. Aletha is also a trained yoga teacher (200hr) which often influences her homecare. She believes a well-rounded self-care routine is invaluable for maintaining physical and mental wellbeing. She sees massage as a wonderful addition to an established routine or a great way to start a new one. She aims to have a holistic and integrative approach to treatment in order to ensure a positive and individual experience for each patient. Aletha is the best.

Patient · Sun Life · 2 Nov 2023

To be fair Aletha was quite good. The best I have had on the Island so far. I simply found my previous massage place in Edmonton to be slightly better. (atmosphere, etc.)
