CANCELLATION POLICY - Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made within 24-5 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. No shows or cancellations made 5 hours before the appointment start time or later will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

“I chose this practice because of its proximity to my office, and the RMTs there don’t book out months in advance, but open up time slots as they are available, which as a bit of a last-minit gal, I appreciate! I saw Bogdan regularly for a few years, and he is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped me heal from acute injuries and cultivate awareness of chronic tensions. Lately, I have been seeing Katrina who is an absolute blessing of a practitioner! I leave her table with renewed tissues, her excellence is the result of knowledge and so much care. She uses different activation and stretching techniques to treat acute injuries and gives me exercises to help with specific areas. This practice and all of the practitioners are high quality. I have not seen Aletha yet but Katrina did and raves about her! I recommend Sitka 100%; I have seen many many RMTs over the years and Katrina and Bogdan are the best I’ve ever had!”Read moreShow less

“Both Aletha and Bogdan are exceptional RMT's. I have been seeing Aletha regularly for over a year, and in that time she has helped me immensely. Whether I am being treated for an acute injury, or receiving massage for stress relief, I have always walked out of her office floating like a feather. I've recently begun seeing Bogdan as well, who's approach to massage incorporates a real deal of education and often stretching or exercises to help with specific areas.
