About Alessia

Clinical Associate, Psychometrist & Executive Functioning Skills Coach Alessia provides therapy under the supervision of a Clinical Psychologist. Her approach with children and youth is warm, collaborative and practical, integrating Cognitive and Behavioural approaches (CBT, DBT). Alessia also provides coaching services related to executive functioning skills. In addition, Alessia works as a psychometrist, where she contributes to comprehensive assessments to support clients’ learning and mental health needs. Alessia completed her Bachelor of Arts in Honours Psychology at the University of Western Ontario and is presently a graduate student at the University of Western Ontario in the School and Applied Child Psychology Program. In addition to psychometry work, Alessia has previous experience as a Registered Behavior Technician. Our Executive Functioning Skills Coaches design customized interventions to assist individuals in managing ADHD and executive functioning challenges, ultimately improving their daily lives. By utilizing evidence-based strategies and tailoring their approach to each client’s needs, our Executive Functioning Skills Coaches work closely with both youth and adults to develop effective strategies that support their unique goals. Through a supportive and collaborative process, they empower clients to take control of their lives and reach their fullest potential. Their primary goal is to equip individuals with the tools and support they need to excel in both their personal and professional pursuits.
