About Alec

Alec was born and raised in Kamloops, British Columbia. From an early age he grew a passion for sports, playing soccer, basketball, volleyball, swimming and golf. From this passion for physical activity, he grew his interest in the human body. Before his journey into massage therapy, Alec worked in the construction industry for most of his young adulthood. He understands the struggle of aches and pains after a hard day’s work. Alec graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC in 2020. His treatment style includes Swedish massage, Myofasical Release, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular therapy, Trigger Point Release, Joint Mobilization’s and Active/Passive stretching. He believes that everyone deserves to live a pain free life, and with a proper therapeutic approach and self care, anyone can achieve this goal. Outside of work you can find Alec spending time with friends and family, playing a round of golf or enjoying the lakes and mountains.
