I really appreciate being able to use the Jane app to look ahead and schedule my own appointments—it makes managing bookings so much easier. One challenge I’ve found is with the waitlist system, as I’ve had to keep checking to ensure I haven’t been removed or missed an opening. I was also disappointed when the clinic transitioned to a virtual receptionist. Taylor, the previous in-person receptionist, brought such wonderful energy to the clinic and was always incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Her presence truly enhanced the experience. The practitioners here are exceptional. Natalie McLennan (RMT) is an absolute gem. She has helped me tremendously, and her technique is truly one of a kind. She is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely invested in her patients’ well-being. Alec Antulov (RMT) is kind, caring, and consistently goes above and beyond. He has an amazing elbow technique that is absolutely chef’s kiss, and I always appreciate the helpful exercises and “homework” he provides to support progress between appointments. Dakota Heise (Registered Acupuncturist) has such a calming presence. She is gentle, effective, and creates a very relaxing treatment experience. Overall, the quality of care at Vital Point is outstanding, and I am grateful for the practitioners who have supported me on my health journey.

Yesterday I had a massage with Ryann. He was absolutely phenomenal super respectful. He made the environment so comfortable and so relaxing definitely will be going back to him.

Acupuncture has completely changed my life, after two rounds of PRP injections for chronic SI Joint pain. The doctor recommended acupuncture follow the injections, to release deep muscle tension that was preventing things from healing. Thanks to Dakota and Vital Point, in the last month I have gone from being terrified of needles to now looking-forward to my weekly acupuncture and cupping appointments! Highly recommend!

I found Vital Point through ICBC. After my MVA, I began seeing Ryan Ferron for Acupuncture. His professional attitude was clear from the start, yet lacked that Clinical feeling one might expect. Across multiple sessions he showed authenticity and a genuine desire to help. That, mixed with his depth of knowledge, helped me to recover substantially in a short period of time, through both Acupuncture and suggested stretches / exercises. Genuinely sad to see him leaving Vital Point Acupuncture. 10/10 would recommend, wherever he's serving the people from.

I was in a severe hit and run accident beginning of March and I was looking for a space that did acupuncture and massage and I found Vital Point to be very nice. The space is cozy, warm and inviting. Be sure to go see Ryan Ferron if you ever need acupuncture. He is awesome!

I have been seeing Ryan Ferron for acupuncture for about 2 months and has made a huge difference and I highly recommend him I was very sceptical at first but that change after the first treatment I had . Ryan is a very kind hearted / listens to your concerns and very easy to talk to and explains what he’s going to do and makes sure your comfortable at all times For vital point office its a nice clean inviting place however at first 2 times I went it was 1 hr booking but then with no notice from office they changed it to only 40 mins . I was surprised when Ryan informed me when I was there for my appointment , he asked if I was informed by office like they were supposed to but I was not , was disappointed that I was paying for a hour but only getting 40 mins. if it wasn’t for Ryan I would not have gone back Want to clarify I didn’t have a issuse with the cost, it was the time I was referring to sorry for the misunderstanding

I’ve had treatments from both Chyanne and Kristina. Both are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and quiet and gentle in their fields of practice. Nice relaxing atmosphere.

Dakota H. Is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend her services enough! I have scoliosis and have always had issues with recurring knots in my back. Despite several physio, IMS, and massage treatments, nothing has seemed to work; only providing temporary relief. As a student and as an operating room nurse, I am constantly on my feet and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time. Ever since my single treatment in October, I have not had any symptoms or discomfort with the recurring knots or chronic pain. I am absolutely amazed and grateful for Dakota and her services!

Ryan is the man!!! He has helped we with a few alignments that I could not find relief from. The facility is a pleasure to walk into with the perfect atmosphere. Keep up the great work Ryan!

Ryan Ferron is absolutely spectacular. Ryan offers a very safe space to discuss personal concerns for my physical, emotional and mental well being . I have seen immense improvement in a short amount of time working with Ryan. I went in originally for concerns with perimenopause (heat and anger, ladies know what I’m talking about). Ryan has gently guided me to balance and calm . I’m feeling positive about this age transition with Ryan on my side . Ryan also helped me with a sudden onset back injury; two days suffering , diminished significantly in a single appointment with further calming following Ryan’s post appointment recommendation. Highly recommend!
