About Ahmad
Ahmad Zabihi is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner in Ontario who is dedicated to providing personalized, hands-on care to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and move with greater comfort and confidence.
Ahmad works with individuals experiencing a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns, including neck and shoulder pain, back pain, hip and knee discomfort, joint pain and stiffness, headaches, muscle tension, postural dysfunction, mobility restrictions, repetitive strain injuries, and sports-related conditions. His treatment approach focuses on identifying areas of restriction or dysfunction and using individualized osteopathic techniques to support improved movement and overall function.
He has completed additional training in TMJ assessment and treatment, sports injury management, chronic joint pain, and myofascial cupping. Ahmad has a particular interest in TMJ-related conditions and provides focused care for individuals experiencing jaw pain, jaw tension, restricted jaw movement, and teeth grinding (bruxism).
Ahmad believes that every patient presents with unique needs, challenges, and goals. His approach is therefore tailored to the individual, with treatment focused on improving mobility, reducing muscular and joint tension, supporting recovery, and helping patients return to their daily, recreational, and sporting activities as comfortably as possible.
Through a patient-centred and collaborative approach, Ahmad strives to help individuals better understand their bodies, improve their movement, and achieve meaningful, long-term improvements in their overall function and quality of life.
