“I’ve been coming here for physio for nearly two months for chronic knee pain I’d had for over two years, which had started causing a regular limp. From the first appointment, Crystal was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. She quickly identified the issue, explained it clearly, and started a treatment plan that led to steady improvement. Now, I’m no longer limping and my pain has significantly improved. The home exercises she provided have also made a big difference. Thanks as well to Simran for the support throughout. “Best experience w.r.t fracture recovery. Staff was really polite and accommodating. My physiotherapist, Ajuni, is truly blessed and gifted. She ensured from Day 1 that her patient is comfortable and taken care of, well. “I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience here. Ajuni is truly one of a kind—so kind, warm, and genuine. She always greets you with a smile, takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and really makes you feel cared for. You can tell she genuinely loves helping people, and it shows in every interaction. Walking in feels less like a clinic and more like visiting a family member’s home—the front desk staff are so welcoming and friendly, and honestly all the staff have been wonderful, which makes such a difference. Ajuni is truly a ray of sunshine, and she has already helped me so much in my healing journey. Jay, the chiropractor, is equally amazing. He is incredibly kind, takes the time to thoroughly explain things, and uses helpful examples so you feel fully informed and comfortable. “I should have gone to a physiotherapist a decade ago about my TMJ issues, but was too nervous to see someone. And the longer I waited, the more awkward it was to explain why I took so long. “Personalized Treatment - They Really Care! After years of back pain, I was skeptical about starting therapy again, but this center has been a game-changer. The entire team is wonderful, but the attentiveness of my therapist, Christelle, is what sets this place apart. She’s a great therapist who takes the time to custom-design my sessions, leading to a huge improvement in my condition. What I appreciate most is that both she and Mariana constantly check up during the exercises, asking if I'm coping okay or if any adjustments are needed.
