Yashica graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from PGIMS, India in 2019 and uses sound clinical reasoning to assess, educate, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions involving muscles, joints, bones, and nerves. Her clinical interests include posture and muscle imbalance assessment, chronic pain, work- and sports-related injuries, and conditions affecting the neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, knees, ankles, and headaches. Her treatment approach combines manual therapy, exercise prescription, patient education, pain management, posture correction strategies, and shockwave therapy when available.
