“Very disappointed. First appointment was ok. They took time to ask all the right questions. I mentioned I used heat and cold for whiplash. The lady I saw said no heat!!! Subsequent appointment was bad. She hooked me up to a Tens machine. Suction cup came off and she was nowhere to be seen. Took 10 minutes for her to come back as I lay there with no attention….at $120 bucks an hour. She reconnected. I asked for more current. Ok. Done. Tens ran its course and I lay there for another 10 minutes with no attention…at $120 an hour. Honestly, the place is old and feels dirty. No privacy. Receptionist is cold and crabby. After this I have been seeing a highly rated Chiropractor. He said heat was the correct treatment.Almost instant relief and much better care from my new Chiropractor I tried to reach out to the owners of Cloverdale Physio with my concerns but no response. They just keep sending me texts to give them a high rating on Google. I wish I could but they certainly do not deserve one.”Read moreShow less

“I started coming to this clinic last year, and I have been very satisfied with the care and therapy services I have received. I visit this location for both physiotherapy and massage therapy, and both therapists have been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and professional. They take the time to listen to my concerns, explain the treatment process, and help me work toward my recovery goals. The staff are also friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. “I had neck and shoulder pain after my motor vehicle accident and started acupuncture treatments with Cathy. At first, I was very scared of needles, but Cathy made me feel comfortable and explained everything so well. After a few sessions, I could really feel the improvement in my recovery and pain levels. Cathy is very knowledgeable about muscles, acupuncture needles, and cupping therapy. One day during my treatment, I mentioned I also had heel pain that had been bothering me for a long time. Cathy said, “Let me try one more needle for that,” and she treated it during my next few sessions. After about 2 weeks, my heel pain completely disappeared. “I’ve come to both Suman and Yashica for my pinky finger injury. Both are very personable, knowledgeable and caring. Mainly, I came to Suman for my injury who really cares to fix the injury and educated me on the deformity I have and what finger devices I should be using. This helped my finger immensely with doing continuous exercises she provided. I couldn’t recommend her enough, and I feel my recovery would’ve took a lot longer without her.”Read moreShow less

“I have been been going to Allied Physio for many years. I have received excellent care from the many people I have seen there. I have seen Howard Morris for physio, AJ for massages on a regular basis, plus the kinesiology to name a few of the excellent people there.
