Shelley loves to care people's heath by delivering highest quality of care. She always go above and beyond to give a customized treatment to best suit client's therapeutic needs.
Shelley graduated from Pharma Medical Science College of Canada, major in RMT. She is a member in good standing of CMTO.
Her treatment focus on different pain syndrome relief effectively specially on shoulder, neck, arms, back, and legs in general. She always assess clients condition to make an appropriate treatment, and release the tight muscle, stimulate the loose muscle to make it balance on both side of client's body. She using multi techniques (trigger point, acupoints, Swedish, deep tissue, stretch) to release muscle tension and apart of relaxation. Teaching client remedial exercise and after care.
She learned Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) (good for the tennis elbow and carpal tunnel syndrome, IT band), cupping and hot stone (balance body and mind, increase energy in the body) related to her treatment.
She will learn more scope of study for her future goal. She is good at Taiichi and Ba duan jin for maintain the mental health, Release pressure.
