“Lisa is a calm, patient, and highly skilled massage therapist. I’ve had multiple sessions with her, and each time she took the time to understand which areas of my body needed extra attention. She consistently applied the right amount of pressure, tailored the treatment to my needs, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout every session. “I booked a prenatal massage at 35 weeks pregnant due to significant stiffness and discomfort. I am a returning client and had a great experience at your Pickering location last year, which is why I chose to come back. Before leaving this Google review, I emailed your client services team regarding my experience and never received a response. Since my concerns were not acknowledged, I feel it is important to share them publicly. Unfortunately, my appointment with Lisa was very disappointing. She arrived about 10 minutes late, which I understood, but throughout the session she seemed rushed, distracted, and unwelcoming. Most concerning was that she appeared to be using and responding to her phone during my massage. I could hear and feel the phone vibrating on the table, and at times she was massaging with only one hand or seemed disengaged from the treatment altogether. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that additional training is provided regarding professionalism, attentiveness, and client care so that other clients do not have a similar experience.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve seen Cathy twice in the last two weeks, and she is absolutely phenomenal. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and provides an excellent massage that leaves you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better than when you arrived. Not only is Cathy amazing, but every staff member I’ve interacted with has been friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The clinic is spotless, professional, and creates a calming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. “It was good. It would have liked them to use heated blankets; it was a bit chilly in the room. The therapist was instructed to treat the neck and shoulder area, but she treated them separately, with little connection between them. The body pillows were very basic and flat.
